After a not so good 1st bouquet. The second one that was sent out was nice. Could do with a couple more flowers in it .

Impossible when not even been delivered. Not very happy

I recently placed an order that included three items: a bouquet, a teddy bear, and chocolates. However, the recipient said that this teddy bear was missing from the package. Can you pls Look into this matter. Thank you
